Product Ordering Instructions
Please read me!

We now have two order forms: a "standard" order form and a "secure" order form.

New! Now you can keep the order form open while you shop.

Use the Standard Order Form if... [new window]

you are using a credit card that we already have on file from a previous order,
you are paying by check or money order, or
you will be sending us your credit card information by telephone or fax. (We recommend that you send credit card information on the Secure Order Form!)

Use the Secure Order Form if... [new window]

you are supplying credit card information with your order.

About the Secure Order Form...

When you use the Secure Order Form, the information you send us, including your credit card number, is encrypted (scrambled) so that no one except Criswell Embroidery & Design can read it. Your personal data, including credit card numbers, are stored only at Criswell Embroidery and Design, not on our web server. If you are still worried about our security, read this.

If you have trouble with the secure order form (some older browsers may encounter problems), try this link.

Or you can always come back here and use the Standard Order Form to send your order, instead. You won't have the convenience of being able to send in your credit card information electronically, but it will work just fine otherwise.

Important Notes...

If you wish to be notified by email when the web site is updated with new designs or projects, use the Auto-notification Signup Form. This option is no longer on the order form.

Are you in Australia or New Zealand? If so, you should order our embroidery design software directly from Echidna Sewing Products. Contact Echidna via email or call +61 (07) 3390 3600. You may print out the Standard Order Form as a reference, if you wish.

Are you ordering from the UK-Europe? Purchase our embroidery design software from Sewing Shoppes. Contact them via email or call +44 (0115) 950 7763.

You will need an unzipping program to receive our designs by email. If you don't have one, you can download Expander for Windows or Stuffit Expander for Mac at:
